Terms

Band Notes is an unofficial fan site celebrating Colorado marching bands. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the Colorado Bandmasters Association (CBA) or any school. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Scores

Scores come from the public recaps of the CBA and are shown as published. We try to get them right, but mistakes happen: the official recaps are the final word.

Using the site

You're welcome to read, link to and share what you find here. Please don't scrape the site heavily, overload it, or try to reach parts of it that need signing in.

Content

Scores and recaps belong to their sources. The site's design, writing and the Sticks artwork belong to Band Notes.

No warranty

Band Notes is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or go offline at any time. To the extent the law allows, Band Notes isn't liable for any loss from using the site or relying on its contents.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. How we handle your information is covered by our privacy policy.
